Saturday Afternoon Baseball

Well Hayden's team suffered their first loss of the Fall Ball season. You know who was not exactly thrilled.... It is hard to be happy for your best buddy when his teams wins and it is yours that they beat!!
Can you tell how sad they all are after the game?
Ethan getting ready for his first at bat It was a fun game with lots of running but lots of errors too.
Our fella on the "hot corner"...
Hayden went 1 for 2 with an infield single. (I think we can safely call it that)
You could tell he and Poppaw and he and Harold had worked on his throwing this week a lot because he threw much better AND much straighter. He made a great throw from third to first. He did not get the runner out but made a good play and threw on the money so we'll take it!

These two make me laugh when Hayden is in the field and Ethan is on base close by. I guarantee there was some trash talking going on.....
But that's okay because at the end of the day....we still leave the park as buddies
