Handsome and Smart Too!

Well, we all know that I am not the least bit biased about my little guy. Right? Right! Parent - teacher conference was Monday afternoon. Hayden's grades were all A's. Yahoo! His scores were 100, 100, 94 and 95. (spelling, reading, math and science). How awesome is that? We are so proud of him. Mrs. Faith said that in second grade there is a lot more emphasis on working independently especially when she is with a small reading group or doing other things with specific students. She has had children who have had to stay in at recess to complete work because they were daydreaming and not working. She said Hayden is not that way that he does his work and is a hard worker! Now, if we could just get him to be still on the carpet during story time and stop yelling out answers and questions during lessons, we'd be good to go!
