Jerseys and Practice

Hayden is not a kid who can go to baseball practice with just anything on. He HAS to look like a ballplayer and he HAS to have on a jersey. On Wednesday and Friday I tried (unsuccessfully) to get him to wear just a t-shirt but no.....

So on Wednesday he wore his Isotopes jersey and cap. This is Hayden's take on an Isotope. "Hayden, what is an Isotope?" "Oh, Tommy and Dallas" "But Hayden what is an Isotope?" "Tommy and Dallas...well there are other players...but I only know Tommy and Dallas." "But, ... never mind........."

Then on Friday he wore his Bees jersey and cap. He looked right handsome in it. Guess I will just have to go with the jerseys and not push for t-shirts.

He is doing well with this set of coaches. They are so very good with all the guys. They are intense but they also make the kids laugh and have fun too all the while teaching them.
